What Is In The Enclave Principle?

The Enclave Principle localizes CNAs into their own department, and creates a new role known as the Director of CNAs, or DNA.

This is done through a 4 phase approach:

Phase 1: Data collection, staff interviews, comprehensive report to leadership team

Phase 2: Recruit, identify, and train all in-house preceptors (Essential Support for the DNA).

Phase 3: Identify and hire a Director of Certified Nurse Assistants (DNA). Our In house training is available for an additional fee.*

Phase 4: Conduct ongoing support of preceptors and the DNA through monthly onboarding, training, and coaching.**
